The Alumni Chapter has the following regular events: |
Chief's Birthday - Near October 13
|
| Celebrated on the nearest Saturday night (excepting Thanksgiving), it is a night for Brothers to
remember our late House Mother and the effect she had on our chapter. Mary Alice "The Chief" "Mrs. G" Gillespie was the house mother for over 30 years. Dinner is served 6pm SHARP. "There can be only one chief." |
Christmas Social - Early December
|
| An annual tradition for many years. Look in the newsletters or contact the Alumni Exec for details. This is a chance to get together with Brothers not seen in many years. Many stories are told and retold this night. |
Summer event
|
| The newest tradition. Christmas is a busy time and not everyone can make it out. We're trying out different events, so that members can get together more than just once each year. Please keep in touch if you have any ideas, or would like to participate. This August (2001), we're looking to create a tradition of an annual pub crawl - the "North Shore Crawl", as lauded by the Celtic Rock band Spirit of the West. For more details, contact us. |
