CALL TO ORDER: Grand President Lindner called the Supreme Council to order at 6:07 PM PDT on November 20, 2000 on the Internet, in the #SigmaPhiDelta chat-room of the DalNet Internet Relay Chat network. Five members of the Supreme Council were present, and thus a virtual quorum was present.

1. NATIONAL DIRECTOR POSITION: Application has been sent out to the SC for review and will be put online, All applications will be sent directly to the Executive Secretary and will be forwarded to the ND committee. Once final approval of the application is given, it will be put online.
2. NATIONAL RUSH CHAIRMAN: Paul Lindner is contacting Scott Everett again to see if he is interested in this position.
3. THE STAR: Paul Lindner is writing the Star, he is waiting for the final copy of the ND application to include in the star.
4. CASTLE: Should have been sent by now, no word on when it went into the mail.
5. RIP OFF TROPHY: This has been sent out by the CPC. All province Counselors should make sure that the chapters understand it. 
6. INTERNSHIP: Derek will update the internship application and we will post it to the website. It will be discussed at the next meeting. We will appoint the internship at the next meeting. (Delayed from previous meeting)
7. CHAPTER VISIT SCHEDULE: Make sure there is good communication when visiting chapters and let the SC know before you go. There have been several visits that were poorly coordinated. Must coordinate with other SC officers.  Report due within 2 weeks of visit.
8. NOISE DISTURBANCE @ THETA: Kevin is dealing directly with the chapter and the neighbor who complained. Kevin is taking care of this as a local issue and not a national one.
9. Next meeting is December 11, 2000 at 6:00 PM PDT  [note: postponed to December 18, 2000]
