CALL TO ORDER: Grand Vice President Hileman called the Supreme Council to order at 6:03 PM PDT on Monday September 25, 2000 on the Internet, in the #SigmaPhiDelta chat-room of the DalNet Internet Relay Chat network. Three members of the Supreme Council were present, and thus a virtual quorum was NOT present.

1. NATIONAL DIRECTOR POSITION: Search committee has not met yet. A committee meeting was set for October 9, 2000 in the #SigmaPhiDelta chat-room. Brother Troy will work on the draft application for the position. Brother Hileman will work with Brother Lindner to set a date for the Trustees meeting and Brother Hurst will work on getting information about the benefits package.
2. CASTLE: Text proof should be emailed to the SC by Thrursday. Brother Swartz will be emailing Burt to ensure the Castle gets done on time.
3. FUNDRAISING PROPOSAL: Ed is working on a web page to explain the proposal and will email it out to the SC when complete.
4. RIP OFF TROPHY: Continued discussion about proposal to require each chapter to have a rip-off trophy. Chris will finalize the proposal and email it out to the SC for an email vote.
5. PHI CHAPTER: Paul will be visiting the chapter soon and will be meeting with the Dean of Student Affairs. No update at this meeting.
6. INTERNSHIP: Committee has not met yet, planning to meet soon. Brother Hurst will be setting up a meeting to discuss the forms online.
7. BOOK SCHOLARSHIP: Information has been sent out to the chapters. We need everybody to advertise this to their chapters to make it a success. Several chapters have issued scholarships but nobody has submitted the information for reimbursement. Please let the chapters know that they have to submit the information.
8. FRATERNITY CREDIT CARD FOR EXPANSION: Brother Hurst needs information from everybody to get the credit cards issued.
9. ELECTIONS: Paul is not planning on running for Grand President again next summer. We need to take some time this year to encourage members to become involved on a national level.
10. MANUALS ONLINE: Constitution and Statutory Code have been put online and Brother Troy is working on getting the MOP and the Pledge manual redone. Most people want to keep the Pledge manual printed and the MOP online. All will be available to print in PDF format.
11. MERCHANDISE REDUCTION: Brother Stelzner will be emailing out a proposal to eliminate the middle badge from our inventory and one of the two letter guards currently offered. Brother Stelzner is also working on putting the inventory online for online sales.
12. EXPANSION: Brother Hileman is working on a joint school chapter in St. Louis. Also McMaster is stalling with concerns about time for founding a chapter. Ryerson contacts have disappeared.
