5.      JPC 2000:  Letters went out.  Planning is continuing.  The letters of Credentials are due back to Derek by May 1, 2000.  The letters of credential form is downloadable as form 102.  Phi chapter will do a presentation on risk reduction based on their recent experiences. (see below)

6.      SALARY COMMITTEE PROPOSAL:  We need a formal layout of where the money is coming from for 2 years.  It is a two year trial period which will need to be re-approved after two years.  Also we need a detailed list of the responsibilities.  We are going to try to get the proposal out to chapters before the convention so they can make an informed decision at convention.  April 17 there will be another meeting to finalize the proposal.  We will need to arrange for interviews of the candidates.

7.      EXPANSION:  Ryerson is on hold for now, McMasters is going to be petitioning for colony status before the end of the semester.  Rose Hulman is out of the picture right now.  Cal State Long Beach would be a good target.

Paul Lindner:          Alpha, Delta

Chris Perez:            Epsilon

Keith Hileman:        Chi, Psi, Rutgers

9.      ISSUES AT ALPHA:  Alumni are taking an active role.  We are presenting the plan to the active chapter next week.  We will be working hard on rush for the next fall.

10.  ISSUES AT PHI:   Jon Shultz attended to fill in the supreme council on the problems at Phi Chapter resulting from a party there.  About 20 tickets were written for minor consumption, the University is pressing charges against the chapter.  The five members can face fines of $1000 per person and up to 5 days in jail for common nuisance charges.  They have retained a lawyer for defense.  Jon and the risk reduction chair will write a report detailing violations of the risk reduction policies and where it was not violated.
